ESTOPPEL, § 52conduct of corporation as estopping it to deny liability on contract. In action against corporation on contract, signed by defendant, for printing of certain envelopes by plaintiff, held that conduct of defendant was such as to estop it from denying its liability for all of envelopes, although some of them bore name of corporation other than defendant.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Marion county; the Hon. JAMES G. BURNSIDE, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1944.
