Appeal from the 171 District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 20130D02079) ORDER
The Court received and filed the transcription of the hearing pursuant to this Court's order dated March 11, 2016. After further review the Court, on its own motion, extends the time for the trial court to conduct the hearing and enter findings by May 12, 2016. The trial court shall forward its findings to the District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas, on or before May 22, 2016. The District Clerk of El Paso County shall prepare and forward a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings with the Clerk of this Court on or before June 1, 2016. Further, the trial court's reporter shall prepare, certify, and file the record of the trial court proceedings with this Court on or before June 1, 2016.
