ORDER MODIFYING OPINION [NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 23, 2003, be modified as follows:

1. On page 1, fifth line, the word "John" is changed to "Jon" so the sentence reads: Roger Jon Diamond for Plaintiffs and Respondents.

2. On page 8, first line of the third paragraph, after "June 28, 2002," add the word "meeting" so the sentence reads: At the June 28, 2002 meeting, the Smiths offered to have five peaceful protestors picketing, but insisted that other picketers leave the property.

There is no change in judgment.

The opinion in the above-entitled matter filed on October 23, 2003 was certified for publication in the Official Reports.
