Upon consideration of Defendant-Appellant Geraldine Leimomi Olszowka-Martinez's (Olszowka-Martinez) pleading entitled, "Profound Errors in Filed 2009 Apr 30 AM 8:36 Summary Disposition Order and Objections and Attachments," which Olszowka-Martinez filed on May 8, 2009, and which we construe as a motion for reconsideration, pursuant to Hawai'i Rules of Appellate Procedure Rule 40, of the Summary Disposition Order filed by this court on April 30, 2009;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Olszowka-Martinez's motion for reconsideration is denied.
