REPLEVIN, § 74sufficiency of evidence to sustain judgment for plaintiff. In replevin to recover possession of piano, which was in restaurant of third person at time of latter's sale of restaurant to defendant, held that judgment for plaintiff was in accord with preponderance of evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Pike county; the Hon. A. CLAY WILLIAMS, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1943.
