On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


On the authority of Ex parte Shelton, [Ms. 1990031, May 19, 2000], 851 So.2d 96 (Ala. 2000), we "remand [this case] with instructions to the trial court to vacate that aspect of Shelton's sentence imposing the suspended jail time." 851 So.2d at 102.

REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
