APPEAL AND ERROR, § 83appealability of order vacating prior order. Appeal was dismissed on ground orders appealed from were merely interlocutory, where such orders vacated prior orders wherein upon preliminary call the county court on its own motion dismissed appeal from justice of the peace for want of prosecution.

Appeal from County Court of Cook county; Hon. ALBERT E. ISLEY, presiding.
