NEGLIGENCE, § 96falling on slippery floor. Owner of office building was not liable for injuries sustained by employee of insurance agency occupying rooms in building when employee slipped and fell on rubber tile floor in corridor, where employee's only evidence of negligence by owner consisted of employee's statements that floor was very slippery, and a tenant's statement that floor was more slippery than on other days and that he had occasionally observed janitor pouring something into water used for cleaning floors.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Winnebago county; the Hon. WILLIAM R. DUSHER, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1947.
