Opinion by Justice Molberg
Seeking to appeal the trial court's interlocutory order denying its motion to reconsider the denial of its motion for summary judgment, Scott and White Health Plan has filed a petition for permissive appeal. After considering the petition, response, and reply, we deny the petition and dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 51.014(f); TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(a); Brown v. De La Cruz, 156 S.W.3d 560, 567 (Tex. 2004).
