MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant, Juan Rubalcava, has failed to timely file a brief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a) (governing time to file brief), 38.8(a) (governing failure of appellant to file brief). Appellant's brief was due August 19, 2020. On August 24, 2020, the Court notified appellant that his brief was past due and that his appeal was subject to dismissal unless he filed, by September 3, 2020, his brief or a motion to extend time to file his brief. Appellant did not respond to the Court's notice and has not filed a brief.
Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(b), (c), 43.2(f). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Kelly, Goodman, and Countiss.
