TRUSTS, § 212.1business trust, liability of trustees on trade acceptances. In action of assumpsit to recover on certain trade acceptances, defendants were liable, where trust provision under which defendants' business was operated permitted trustees to stipulate against personal liability, but no such stipulation was made, and one trustee handled all the business and was held out to the public by the other trustees as having power to contract so as to bind them.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Winnebago county; Hon. ARTHUR E. FISHER, presiding. Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1939; opinion filed February 14, 1940.
