Gen. No. 9,504. (Abstract of Decision.)

Opinion filed January 25, 1940.

REPLEVIN, § 111wrongful replevy of truck chassis, insufficiency of evidence to show damage. Where truck was taken by replevin, and subsequently court found that plaintiff was entitled to the body but that defendant was entitled to the chassis, defendant could not recover damages for deprivation of possession, where evidence showed that there was no market demand for a chassis unequipped with a body, and such unit had no rental value.
