CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, § 181furnishing counsel and copy of information, necessity of demand. Conviction for larceny in municipal court of Chicago was proper, where defendant made no demand for counsel, nor did she make any request for a copy of the information at any time; to make such omissions available on error, demand must be made by defendant.

Affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, at October term, 1939.
