Opinion

2002-1111 WCR.

Decided July 1, 2004.

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the City Court, City of White Plains, Westchester County (A. Brotmann, J.), rendered May 7, 2002, convicting him, upon his guilty plea, of petit larceny (Penal Law § 155.25) and imposing sentence.

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues that can be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw is granted ( see Anders v. California, 386 US 738; People v. Geraghty, 286 AD2d 777).
