Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Weber, J.), rendered June 29, 2000, convicting her of grand larceny in the fourth degree, upon her plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 63l; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606).
