LARCENY, § 26sufficieney of proof of ownership of property stolen. Fact that property stolen was in custody of company, named in indictment as owner, was sufficient proof of ownership of such property, on prosecution for petit larceny, although title to property actually was in another corporation or person.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1945.
