Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Susan Linda Sanger (Attorney Registration No. 17149) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, effective February 28, 2007. On December 1, 2006, Respondent pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (schedule 2 — over one gram) in violation of C.R.S. § 18-18-405(2)(a)(I)(A), a class 4 felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia in violation of C.R.S. § 18-18-208, a petty offense. Respondent's misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5(b) and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
