Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Russell Wayne Richardson (Attorney Registration No. 06232) from the practice of law for a period of six months, all stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective April 1, 2010. On December 4, 2009, Respondent pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 felony in violation of C.R.S. § 18-18-405(1)(2)(A)(I)(A). He received a two-year deferred judgment with supervised probation. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
