The opinion filed July 19, 2011 is modified in the following manner:

(1) The following phrase is inserted on page 4 at the end of the first full paragraph after the word trial: “, and Palacios claims that it was involuntary.”

(2) Footnote 3 on page 7 is deleted.

(3) On the first line of page 11, the name “Palacios” is deleted and the phrase “a male” is inserted in place of the name.

Appellant Palacios’s petition for rehearing is denied.

There is no change in judgment.
