ORDER

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the application is HELD IN ABEYANCE pending the decisions in the cases of People v Johnson, Mich.; 976 N.W.2d 862 (2022) (Docket No. 163073) and People v Edwards, Mich.; 976 N.W.2d 864 (2022) (Docket No. 163942).

On the Court's own motion pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7), this case is CONSOLIDATED with the applications for leave to appeal filed in Docket No. 362972, People v Kayleb Douglas Sims, and Docket No. 362973, People v Kayleb Douglas Sims.
