In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Oakland Circuit Court to address the applicability of MCL 333.7409; MSA 14.15(7409), to hold any further proceedings necessary, and to make a determination whether there were multiple conspiracies. MCR 7.302(F)(1). People v Hermiz, 453 Mich. 269, 285 (1996). Jurisdiction is not retained.
