CONSPIRACY, § 45sufficiency of evidence of conspiracy to defraud, etc., by means of alleged will of deceased. On prosecution for conspiracy to defraud, etc., by means of alleged will of deceased, held that evidence established defendants' guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
