Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Clyde E. Hook (Attorney Registration No. 09773) for a period of one year and one day, all stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation with conditions, effective July 18, 2011. Hook pled guilty to a class 1 misdemeanor, Possession of a Schedule V Controlled Substance, pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 18-18-405(1), (2)(a)(IV)(A). Hook's misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
