GILBERT, P.J.
Manuel Hernandez appeals a judgment following resentencing of his conviction of second degree robbery and two counts of resisting a police officer, with findings of a prior serious felony strike conviction. (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 148, subd. (a)(1), 667, subd. (a), 667, subds. (b)-(i), 1170.12, subds. (a)-(d).)
All further statutory references are to the Penal Code.
On June 27, 2008, the trial court sentenced Hernandez to 18 years of imprisonment, imposed certain fines and fees, and awarded presentence custody credits. In November 23, 2009, we reversed and remanded the matter for resentencing. (People v. Hernandez (Nov. 23, 2009, B209400 [nonpub. opn.].) On remand, the trial court resentenced Hernandez to 18 years of imprisonment, imposed a $200 restitution fine, a $200 suspended parole revocation restitution fine, and a $60 court security fee, and awarded him 824 days of presentence custody credit. (§§ 1202.4, 1202.45, 1465.8.)
We appointed counsel to represent Hernandez in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, he filed an opening brief raising no issues.
On December 10, 2010, we advised Hernandez that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We have not received a response.
We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Hernandez's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)
The judgment is affirmed.
