ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the June 30, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. On remand, the Court of Appeals shall specifically address whether the defendant's felony-firearm sentence was improperly ordered to be served consecutive to all of his other felony conviction sentences. See People v Smith, 506 Mich. 1, 7-8 (2020).
