Order remitting forfeiture of bail bond and vacating judgment entered on said forfeiture reversed upon the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, upon the ground that the application was not made within the time prescribed by section 598 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Kelly, P.J., Young, Kapper, Lazansky and Hagarty, JJ., concur.
