Opinion

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED

Superior Court County of Los Angeles Super. Ct. No. BA355847 Ronald H. Rose, Judge

Vanessa Place, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.

No appearance for Respondent.

YEGAN, J.

Pedro Contreras Flores appeals from the judgment after a jury convicted him of two counts of lewd act upon a child under the age of 14 (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (a)) with special findings that appellant committed the offense against more than one victim (§§ 667.61, subd. (c); 1203.066, subd. (a)(7)). The trial court sentenced appellant to 30 years to life state prison and ordered appellant to pay a $200 restitution fine (§ 1202.4, subd. (b)), a $200 parole revocation fine (§ 1202.45), $21,372 victim restitution (§ 1202.4, subd. (f)), a $60 court security fee (§ 1465.8), a $60 criminal conviction assessment (Gov. Code, § 70373), and a $400 fine plus a penalty assessment pursuant to section 1464, subdivision (a) and Government Code section 76000, subdivision (a).

All statutory references are to the Penal Code unless otherwise stated.

We appointed counsel to represent appellant in this appeal. After counsel’s examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief in which no issues were raised.

On December 20, 2010, we advised appellant that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues he wished us to consider. No response has been received.

The record indicates that appellant sexually molested two stepdaughters on different occasions in a single room apartment. Appellant was arrested and told the police that he committed the molestations to retaliate against the victims' mother (appellant's wife) because she was having an affair.

We have reviewed the record and are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 443; People v. Kelly (2006) 40 Cal.4th 106, 125-126.)

The judgment is affirmed.

We concur: GILBERT, P.J., COFFEE, J.
