HOMICIDE, § 115sufficiency of judgment on prosecution for assault with dead weapon. Where it appeared from record that information specifically charged defendant with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict bodily injury upon a certain person, and trial court found defendant guilty in manner and form as charged in information, judgment on finding of guilty was sufficient without specifying therein name of person assaulted.

Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. MASON S. SULLIVAN, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the February term, 1949.
