Decided November 23, 2010.

APPEAL, by permission of a Justice of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department, from an order of that Court, entered June 10, 2010. The Appellate Division (1) reversed, on the law, a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Charles H. Solomon, J.), which had convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of grand larceny in the first degree, (2) vacated the plea, (3) dismissed the superior court information, and (4) remanded the matter for further proceedings on the felony complaint.
