ACCOUNTS STATED, § 7sufficiency. Since account stated is a statement rendered in which the amount claimed must be fixed, but which need not itemize all charges and credits, the bare naming of the amount due is sufficient.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. FRANCIS J. BORRELLI, Judge, presiding.

That part of judgment fixing plaintiff's damages reversed and remanded with directions. That part of judgment entered upon the counterclaim affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the December term, 1946.
