FRANCIS PALARDY, Appellant v. AT&T SERVICES INC., ET AL., Appellees

On Appeal from the 401st Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 401-06348-2022

ORDER

KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellant's March 26, 2024 motion for an extension of time to file his opening brief. Because the reporter's record has not been filed, appellant's brief is not yet due. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a). Accordingly, we DENY appellant's motion as premature.

By post-card notice dated March 12, 2024, the Court notified Official Court Reporter Charla Reamy that the reporter's record is overdue and directed her to file the record within thirty days.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Official Court Reporter Charla Reamy and all parties.
