On August 16, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion for extension of time to file a supplemental memorandum brief until the period to petition for writ of certiorari in Zuch v. Commissioner, 97 F.4th 81 (3d Cir. 2024), is final, plus 60 days thereafter. In the motion, he states that petitioner OWL, Inc. objects to the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for extension of time to file supplemental memorandum brief is granted in that no later than 30 days after the expiration of the period to petition for writ for certiorari in Zuch v. Commissioner, the Commissioner shall file his supplemental memorandum brief.
