APPEAL AND ERROR, § 1755master's allowance of fees to liquidator. Allowance by master of $5,500 to plaintiff as compensation for legal services rendered as liquidator of corporation over a period of four years, plaintiff having complete management of the liquidation because the other three liquidators took no part, which allowance was approved by the chancellor, would not be disturbed upon appeal.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN J. LUPE, presiding. Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, at April term, 1939; opinion filed November 27, 1939.
