In re Gregory E. Moskau, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Parish of Jefferson. No. 211-239.


Writ granted in part. Preliminary injunction vacated as issued without adequate service and notice upon the relator. Insofar as other contentions, the relator has an adequate remedy in the trial court and on appeal.

SUMMERS, C. J., DIXON and BLANCHE, JJ., would grant and vacate the order vacating the judgment of dismissal.
