ANTONIO MOORE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 102nd District Court Bowie County, Texas
Trial Court No. 14F0612-102 Before Morriss, C.J., Moseley and Burgess, JJ.
MEMORANDUM OPINION

Antonio Moore appeals from his conviction of intoxication assault and his resulting sentence of ninety-nine years' imprisonment. Moore has also appealed his conviction of felony murder in our cause number 06-16-00144-CR. Moore has filed a single brief in which he raises the claim of ineffective assistance of counsel as to both convictions. We addressed this issue in detail in our opinion of this date in Moore's appeal in our cause number 06-16-00144-CR. For the reasons stated therein, we likewise conclude that error has not been shown in this case.

Having two prior felony convictions, Moore was sentenced as a habitual offender. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 12.42(d) (West Supp. 2016).

We affirm the trial court's judgment.
