FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCES, § 38transfer between husband and wife. Where a judgment had been secured against a defendant and he transferred some real estate by a declaration of trust with the trustee to deal with the property on his direction as the maker and beneficiary thereunder, and he assigned all right in the premises to another, who in turn sold and assigned all interest in the premises to the wife of the defendant, and defendant continued to control the premises the same as if he had been the actual owner, the transfers were fraudulent, with the real estate subject to sale for satisfaction of the judgment.
