AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 113.1backing into street, evidence. Where plaintiff's automobile was struck by defendant's car, which was being backed into the street, evidence showed that defendant was negligent while plaintiff was watching the street in front of him and was driving in a careful manner, plaintiff's instructions as a series correctly stated rule as to contributory negligence, and verdict of $7,950 for personal injuries was sustained by medical testimony.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Livingston county; Hon. RAY SESLER, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at May term, 1940.
