ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING
[There is No Change in Judgment]
GOOD CAUSE appearing, the opinion filed December 22, 2011, in the above entitled matter is hereby modified as follows:
On page 2, the words "Paradise Cove" appear four times. "Paradise Cove" should be deleted and replaced with "Paradise."
On page 2, third paragraph, the sentences that reads:
"Wife used her monthly $810 social security payment to pay the expenses associated with the Glenoaks property, including property taxes, insurance and maintenance. Meanwhile, the couple lived in the Paradise Cove property and used husband's monthly $5,400 pension to pay their expenses."
Should be deleted and replaced with the following sentence:
"Wife used her monthly social security payment to pay the expenses associated with the Glenoaks property, including property taxes, insurance and maintenance. Meanwhile, the couple lived in the Paradise property and used husband's monthly pension to pay their expenses."
In 2010, wife's monthly social security was $810 and husband's monthly pension was $5,400.
On page 3, first full paragraph, last sentence which reads:
"Husband has lived with Ronald and Ronald's wife in Chico, California ever since."
Should be deleted and replaced with the following sentence:
"Husband has lived with his son Robert and Robert's wife in Chico, California ever since."
On page 4, second full paragraph, the amount which reads "$939,999" should be deleted and replaced with "$939,000".
There is no change in judgment.
The petition for rehearing is denied.
