HUSBAND AND WIFE, §§ 106, 188proper dismissal of complaint for separate maintenance and counterclaim for divorce. Trial court properly dismissed wife's complaint for separate maintenance and husband's counterclaim for divorce, for want of equity, evidence being conflicting as to ground of desertion alleged by both, and main difficulty between parties appearing to be one of religious differences.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Will county; the Hon. JAMES V. BARTLEY, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in this court at the May term, 1947.
