Application for an order of mandamus pursuant to article 78 of the CPLR unanimously denied for the reasons stated in the disposition of concomitant appeals ( Isaias v. Fischoff, 37 A.D.2d 934), decided simultaneously herewith, and the petition dismissed, without costs and without disbursements.
