Appeal from an award to the special funds. Decedent, an elevator operator, was injured during a rest period for which she was paid and during which she was permitted to leave employer's premises. She received her fatal injuries when hit by a motor bus while crossing a street in the city of New York. ( Matter of Rucker v. Nassau-Beekman Realty Corp., 272 App. Div. 982, decided herewith, and cases there cited.) Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board. All concur.
