Judgment dismissing petition to validate petition nominating appellant as a candidate of the Silent Majority Party in the general election to be held November 3, 1970 for the office of Representative in Congress, 24th Congressional District, reversed, on the law, without costs, and matter remitted to Special Term to pass on the objections filed by respondent Biaggi. The number of signatures required is 1,500. (See Matter of Barber v. Lomenzo, 24 A.D.2d 43, affd. 16 N.Y.2d 963.) Matter of Moskowitz v. Power ( 33 A.D.2d 562, affd. 25 N.Y.2d 933) is inapposite. Herlihy, P.J., Aulisi, Staley, Jr., Cooke, and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
