LANDLORD AND TENANT, § 277judgment in landlord's suit for possession. Where plaintiff, after termination of lease of rooming house, brought suit for possession against tenant and subtenants, and judgment for possession as to tenant was entered and unappealed, plaintiff should have been awarded judgment for possession against subtenants.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. JAY SCHILLER, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1948.
