The plaintiff's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 220 Conn. App. 874, 299 A.3d 1258 (2023), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court correctly determine that the plaintiff was not eligible for temporary total disability benefits pursuant to General Statutes § 31-307 (a) ?"

McDONALD, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
