GARNISHMENT, § 87 — reduction of garnishment judgment when principal judgment is reduced. Where plaintiff obtained judgment in suit for attorney's fees, and in subsequent garnishment action secured judgment against garnishee for full amount of prior judgment remaining unsatisfied, and where it appeared that on appeal judgment for attorney's fees was reduced, held that garnishment judgment should be reduced to amount of principal judgment.

Judgment in garnishment reversed and judgment here in favor of plaintiff for $1,424.50, plus interest at 5% from May 25, 1944 to date, and costs. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the February term, 1945.
