FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCES, § 193 — fraud, sufficiency of evidence. In creditor's suit to set aside fraudulent conveyance evidence showed fraud, where parties were members of the same family, handwriting expert and bank teller testified that signature of mortgagor was forged, despite testimony of three witnesses that they saw the mortgage signed, assignee of mortgagee destroyed records of transactions shortly before trial, and assignor had complained to the State's Attorney that he was a pauper and sought to compel assignee, his son, to support him at the time the assignment was allegedly made.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Will county; Hon. EDWIN L. WILSON, presiding. Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at October term, 1939; opinion filed February 14, 1940.
