LAWSUIT FINANCIAL, INC. AND RJC FUNDING, Appellants v. WYATT DAVID SNIDER, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 1 Fort Bend County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 16-CPR-028866

Panel consists of Chief Justice Radack and Justices Goodman and Hightower.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Appellant, Lawsuit Financial, Inc., has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal, stating that the parties settled all disputes and requesting that the appeal be dismissed in its entirety. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.3(a)(2), 42.1(a)(1). Although appellant, RJC Funding, did not jointly file the motion to dismiss, RJC Funding's counsel is included in the motion's certificate of service, and the motion's certificate of conference states that Lawsuit Financial's counsel conferred with all parties and that no party opposes the dismissal of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.5(e), 10.1(a)(5). No party has filed a response to the motion to dismiss and no opinion has issued. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(b), 42.1(c).

Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). We dismiss all other pending motions as moot.
