TRADE UNIONS, § 3picketing, injunction. Chancellor improperly dismissed injunction against picketing of apartment building, where evidence showed no employer-employee relationship existed, previous janitor had been discharged about 15 months before picketing started, and he had never objected to wages or conditions of employment.
