CARRIERS, § 876bus company, loss of sack of furs checked as baggage. In action by bus passenger to recover value of a gunny sack of furs which he had checked as baggage, and which was subsequently lost, evidence did not show that plaintiff notified steward that bag contained merchandise rather than baggage, and in absence of such notice carrier would not be liable for loss of merchandise other than baggage.
