Appeal, No. 274, Jan. T., 1972, from temporary injunction of Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Jan. T., 1972, No. 9, in re Local 406, Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO and Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO v. The County of Lackawanna and Lackawanna County Commissioners and Charles Luger, Robert Pettinato and Edward Zipay. Appeal and petition for supersedeas transferred to the Commonwealth Court.
Equity. Before ROBINSON, P. J., CONABOY, KOSIK, JR., and WALSH, JJ.
Decree entered in favor of plaintiff. Defendants appealed.
